Q : Can we pick up products from your showroom?
A: Sorry but due to the number, volume and size of products we can not offer collection fro the showroom, but will arrange delivery to any address Australia-wide.
Q : What if I have not received my order?
A: When in stock, Zaffero products are usually dispatched within 48 hours and sent by courier for next day delivery in the Sydney metropolitan area, usually 2-5 days in the rest of Australia. For overseas orders we will confirm the delivery date after consulting with our delivery company.
You will be sent tracking information when your order is dispatched from the warehouse . Please check online with the courier company with regards to the status of your delivery. Very occasionally there are short deliveries and 99% of the time the missing 1 or 2 boxes will arrive the day. Please check with the courier company if you receive a short shipment.
For items that are out of stock we will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm a delivery date. If you do not wish to proceed with the order upon receiving the delivery date then we will refund you in full right away.
Q : What if my goods have been damaged in transit?
A: You must notify us within 7 days so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. Please do not return the goods yourself - we will organise for a pick up from you by our freight company to validate our claim. We will endeavour to replace your goods as soon as we receive the damaged item back in our warehouse - usually the replacement goods will be despatched on the same day.
Q : What electrical voltage system are my lamps compatible with?
A: All of our lights are wired for use with a 220v-240v electrical system. There are now electronics in any of our lights so they are compatible with any dimming system. However, note that there are no standards for LED globes and dimmers so you may have occasionally have issues not related to the lights that we have supplied.
Q : What if my goods are faulty?
A: All Zaffero products are tested and inspected before leaving the factory. If you receive a product that in any way fails to meet your expectations then Zaffero will either replace the item or refund you upon receiving the item back. Note that our products are handcrafted so there will be variation from product to product, but this is expected. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
